Info link is flashing and is always trying to reboot. Sound stays on but screen cannot stay on. Dealership will not cover due to being out of 3 year bumper to bumper warranty due to mileage on vehicle. Dealership states it is the entire radio that needs replacing. My vehicle has never been in accident that could cause this. Vehicle is only 3 years old - there should not be an issue like this and should still be covered by warranty. This is a KNOWN issue for GM and no recall has been made. There is a class action lawsuit in FL for this already.
