Purchased this car from Brunswick Auto Mart in Brunswick Ohio on 11/17/21, it is a 2019 GMC Terrain that had 41,416 miles at the time of purchase. Less than a year later the clear coat has worn off/flaked/peeled/ totally damaged across the entire body of the car. It is unacceptable for any car buyer to have this happen. It should not be the car buyer's responsibility to pay to have this rectified.
I noticed this piece flaked off. I took it to an auto body & it is cracked & flaking off the paint all over on both my hood & top of my car. I haven't even had this car for even a year. The auto body told me to take it to the dealership to have them look at it. I noticed there was a lawsuit for this exact problem, but my car isn't listed as one of them in the lawsuit - but the exact thing is happening to my 2019! I'm going to be very upset if they tell me there is nothing they can do about it.
