Damn near froze to death all winter. They changed thermostat once which did not help. Emailed GMC got a claim number 1 month ago, haven't heard a dam thing since. Local salesman said they have had trouble with many or perhaps all. Service Mgr Lisa in her brilliance said and I quote. "PRETTY SMALL ENGINE AND RAD TO HEAT THE VOLUME OF CARGO SPACE IN THAT VEHICLE" I'm sure GM engineers would appreciate that comment. Salesman and General Mgr said they would look into it and contact GM, haven't hear a dam thing in 3 months from anyone. This isn't the only problem but is the main one, no one around the place that knows sh*t about the operation details of this vehicle and the salesman only knows enough to be dangerous. There is one service writer, Justin his first name I believe that knows more than the rest put together. There are currently 11 GM products in our family, daughter, sons, grandsons etc, and I guarantee there will be a hell of a lot less on the next go around. I think Okotoks GM thought the fix would come by the oncoming Spring weather !
