Purchased a 2018 GMC Terrain Denali ($43,000) 12/6/17 and have been back six (6) times after OnStar Diagnostic checks have found "LOW BATTERY-SERVICE SOON" every month since May, 2018. Twice I had to have the battery jumped after it wouldn't start. General Motors field representative said that the battery drain when the vehicle is not running, also known as the Parasitic Draw, is there but is within specifications. After his testing, I picked up the vehicle and found that the pre-set radio stations were blank. That told me that he had disconnected the battery which would have shut down all electronic modules including those that were malfunctioning and staying on when the vehicle was not running. His test was underhanded and unreliable. Miller Buick GMC, Woodbridge, NJ, where I purchased the GMC and returned monthly to have the battery serviced, stated on their invoice that the problem is my fault because I don't drive it enough. Last month I drove it more that 1,000 miles but still got the same OnStar monthly Diagnostic warning. Both Miller GMC and General Motors are using deceptive business practices because they can't resolve the problem of RADIO FREQUENCY INTERFERRENCE (RFI) that is altering the programs in their vehicles electronic modules. They even had a RECALL on my Terrain to reprogram the crash sensing module that wouldn't deploy the air bags. General Motors issued Service Bulletin PIC5650C telling dealers not to do anything unless they can duplicate the reported problems. The Bulletin lists 29 models of Cadillacs, Buicks, Chevrolets and GMC's. General Motors has not been able to solve the RFI problem and blame the drivers for bringing electronic objects into the vehicles and causing the problems
