Infortainment System Screen went black, has not rebooted or come back on and I like the features including Sirius radio.

Very irritating - not sure what the fix is; looking for information on what is the problem, is it a recall item and unable to get answer without taking it into dealership? Would appreciate information from others that had the same problem and what it took to repair. It may be something I can do myself or not have to take to the dealership.
