the first year after I had my GMC terrain I noticed that when I started it up the motor had a rattle to it. Took it into the shop twice to have looked at and was told nothing was wrong with it. Another bullshit issue that a 2015 vehicle should not be happening. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER F* GMC. ALL THESE PROBLEMS WITH 2010 THROUGH 2014? OBVIOUSLY THE 2015 HAS MAJOR DEFECTS ANT IT SHOULD BE RECALLED
When I start the engine on cool mornings (under 40 degrees) there is a noise coming from the engine. It sounds like a diesel until the engine warms to full operating temp. Took it to the dealer and was told it was totally normal and comes from the fuel injection distribution system. The car now has 31,000 miles on it and the issue is the same as it was. Still does not seem normal to me. If I lived in colder regions this would be an issue every day. Surely they did not design this like that.
