Why would any engineer in their right mind make a headlight that has no adjustment. The headlights when on high beam are great for low flying birds, but putting light on the highway not so good. I tried aftermarket Sylvania bulbs in the hope something brighter would solve the problem, but actually made it worse. Do these people ever drive their product in the real world? Obviously not. There is an adjustment for low beam, but nothing for high beam.
