Backup camera would not always work, if it didn't going in reverse then when you started down the road it would come on. Everything else worked fine. The dealership said it needed software update [$150.00]. After update still had the same problem. The dealership said they would have to replace the chip [$800.00]. After replacing the chip it got to where the screen would be black then come on for a while then go off. When screen goes black nothing works, radio, bluetooth all dead.
Took back to dealership who could not find a problem with it. They said it would have to do it while they were checking it to know what to do. Told them just to sit in it for a while and it would go off. They don't have time to do that. We were told that it is not a GM product even though it came in car new.
