the camera on my car 2014 terrain while I was reversing my car to park my car went completely black. took it to the dealer for sevice and it tooke 5days to get it back, had a loaner that was on july 20th . then I had to take it back because it also is black. I have an appointment for Tuesday to have it replace again
Touchscreen display goes out at random times and loses complete function. Radio goes out completely, no reverse camera, nothing. The a/c does still work, however with no display you can not see the settings. It happens mostly when I first crank up, but it has happened in the middle of driving before. This has been an ongoing problem since I purchased it in February 2014. I would say it's happened at least a dozen times in the last year and a half. I've had the dealership check it out at least twice before, today is the 3rd time with no answers. I am told that it could possibly be due to a system update taking place???
Also, I've never been really impressed with the Intellilink technology. Serious lags, especially when a USB device is connected.....
The complete menu display screen goes blank, radio stops, your phone will not work, you cannot turn it back on, it come back on in five or ten minutes. Your reverse camera is out when that happens.
2. Left rear wheel locks up or the ABS brake light comes on. I see a red light come on ih the change lane display, it happen very fast, like the brakes lockup
