Summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have a high pitched whistle or wind noise from the driver?s side mirror area between speeds 25 to 52 miles per hour. Technician will need to use a rubber mallet and lightly tapping on the belt molding moving it toward the (A) pillar area. Then remove the belt molding, use a suitable piece of rubber and glue it to the back side of the of the belt molding to extend it to fill the gap.
