One day out the blue, I went to drive around the parking lot at work, and as I turned left, this horrible, almost grinding/scraping noise happened. It was so loud people turned to see what it was. I got it into the shop 3 days later and they said that somehow the tire rod had gotten cracked - not fully broken yet, so it's still drivable, but it wouldn’t have been for long! If that had broken while I had been driving, I could have lost control of my car! As a 2012 model car this is unacceptable! Even the guys at the shop couldn’t understand why it would happen to a newer car!
