I have a vehicle that smells bad of musk for stale water from the sunroof. I have taken this vehicle at least six times to Simmons and Rockwell Dealership over the last several months because of this problem, I get one excuse after another. The customer service rep just told me that he has never heard of a problem with GMC vehicles having a problem like this and that it is not covered by GM or by my extended warranty - its my problem. Ok than what the hell are we paying for with the bumper to bumper coverage. I will never buy another GMC vehicle, this has been a headache since I purchased it. GMC vehicles are JUNK.
