SUV is TRASH! Major oil consumption changed spark plugs, coil packs, vvt solenoids, oil cap, wiper motor when bad catalytic resonator failed door to massive oil consumption. Tried everything to keep the engine good bought at 62k within a week heard engine knocking due to no OIL!!! Always kept events oil with me because of oil consumption ridiculous. Already was out extended warranty by 2020 when I found out. Now stability light came on along with check engine on the HIGHWAY!!! GM knew about the problem but still didn't care only cares about money. Whose gonna pay for me engine MOFOS!!!!!
I contacted CEO CARMAX about my engine blowing and requested a new suv and refund of down payment! Only had my suv 5 months with 155,000 miles! I had mechanic tell me that the engine blew because of an oil leak around engine block only but oil pan and pump seals were in great shape! I feel Carmax knew this suv had issues when I purchased my suv in Aug 2019!
I have no car because they lied and said it was a great car! I want to make sure people know what happen! I have filed complaints with BBB FTC FCC ATTY GENERAL GOV OFFICE AND OTHER OFFICIALS! I am gonna fight until they replace my suv and provide my other demands!
