Bought the Terrain in June 2010. A month later started to have occasional "rough shifts". After months of messing with the dealer & factory, in November 2010, they installed a new 2011 model value body in the transmission. No more problems until about three weeks ago. Since then I have had two "rough shifts". Dealer is stumped
