Brakes begin to grind while driving and applyng brakes.as a result of this grinding, vehicle pulls to the left side.dealer was contacted and fixed the brakes at owner's expense.
The vehicle has a "heavy" pull to one side, and only when you "slam" on the brakes and the ABS kicks-in. After bringing in to the dealer, I have had the front brake lines replaced. After additional complaints for the same problem they changed the calipers, rotors and brake lines. I still have the same complaint and problem after spending close to three thousand dollars.
Whenever braking while in traffic, vehicle would pull to the right into oncoming traffic. Police tested vehicle in Canadian province. Vehicle was built in the states. Sold in Canada. Had been in for brakes system repairs.
EA95026, poor brake performance. When applying the brakes, on any type of road surface, normal braking, no inclement weather, the truck pulls to the right. The truck has been serviced 3 times for braking problems, and needs to be serviced for the 4th time since March of 1998.
EA95026; poor brake performance; on normal road conditions, when applying the brakes the pedal, feels like it is stopping, but goes to the floor. A friction reline was done about (3) months ago, and problem still exists with the brakes. About (2) weeks ago, the brakes were rebuilt. No problem with brakes exists at this time.
The 1st year rotors cracked & brakes replaced. Windshield wiper motor stopped working during a storm. Dealer replaced motor. Problem still exists. Driver's door window shattered. ABS light came on & remained on. Module was gone & had it replaced.
When applying the brakes they squeak. Brakes have been checked two times. Dealer states there is no defect in brakes, but it is the design of brakes that makes the noise.
When the brakes are applied sometimes the pedal would go to the floor, resulting in extended stopping distance; and other times the rear wheel would lock up, causing the vehicle to go into a skid. The dealer and the manufacturer have been notified.
On any type of road surface when applying the brakes the Suburban pulls to the right. The Suburban has been back to the dealership (6) times in the last year and a half for brake problems. Dealer not able to correct.
The ABS module has blown, and the vehicle needs calipers and brakes. The dealer has replaced the brakes 7 times, and the rotors and the calipers replaced three times. When the brakes are applied the pedal goes to the, floor, resulting in extended stopping distance.
