While pulling out of parking lot and going a ways down the road and upon approaching vehicles, consumer attempted to brake and brake pedal went to the floor, resulting in rear end collision. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy.
Hit a tree at 35 mph, airbags deployed and then shorted out and burned vehicle to the ground. The consumer hit a patch of ice and the vehicle skidded and collided with a tree. As airbags deployed, sparks occured bursting into flames. The vehicle burned to the ground.
