This is a replacement vehicle, my 1st was Chevy 3500 that GM bought back. Entire purpose of buying both trucks was fact that I pull a tiny house (12,000) pounds between North Carolina and Calif. Have made trip 5 times (one way) and truck(s) have had mechanical problems 3 of the times requiring repairs. This last time I was in middle of desert for 5 hours before getting a tow (with trailer). It is now going on 3rd week waiting on part. Had to pay out a weeks worth of hotels, not to mention storage for tiny house. GM has refused to assist other than getting a loaner car while I wait for truck to be repaired. Very inconvenienced through the whole ordeal.
