This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have a Service Engine Soon Malfunction Indicator Lamp on and defaults to gasoline mode. Technician may find a Diagnostic Trouble Code P069E set in the Engine Control Module and Diagnostic Trouble Code P1111 set in the Compressed Natural Gas Control Module. Technician will need to replace the Compressed Natural Gas Control Module.
