2002 GMC Sierra 2500 crew cab customer states that the vehicle was taken to the dealer for starting problems then found out about recall on emergency brake after having the work done he found out that the left side brake cable was not included only the right side cable was included.* the consumer was told that the starting problem was due to a leaking fuel filer, which they replaced.
