The contact owns a 2000 GMC Sierra 2500. While driving between 30-35 mph on normal road conditions, the contact crashed into another vehicle that failed to stop completely at a stop sign. The air bags failed to deploy during the massive impact. There were no warning indicators illuminated on the instrument panel. The police and ambulance were called to the scene and a police report was filed. The driver and front passenger side occupant sustained minor injuries. The vehicle was completely destroyed and was towed to a collision center. The opposing vehicle sustained moderate damges and the two occupants were injured. The failure and current mileages were 91,000. Updated 04/21/09.
