I have a 09 GMC Sierra hybrid about June 2013 with 113000km. I notice now and then a buff of smoke while driving. I also notice it was going down in oil about 1 liter every 1500 to 2000km. I took it to the dealer while still under warranty they told me they would have to put it on an oil consumption monitoring program, which I did. I took my truck back to them every 2000km or as close as I could. I have payed over 5000 dollars from 2013 till 2015 now. I have over 160000km and my warranty is run out.
I still have the problem with the smoke and oil consumption and the dealer says they will not pay. A year ago they said it would be taken care of. I even try GMC itself with no luck. When you pay big money for a truck I just thought they would stand behind their product, but I was wrong. I am still trying to find out what causing the problem but no one that I take it to can tell me the cause or the fix including the GMC dealer itself. Help help !!!!!!!
