Affected Component: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL

Summary: This Preliminary information communicates an issue with the IPC displaying a Service IPC message, and DTC U3000 set in the IPC. All IPC function still operate normally even when the message is displayed. Dealers are to reprogram the IPC to correct this issue.
