This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have Lane Keep Assist inoperative with the lane keep assist switch LEDÂ is always on and the lane keep assist Icon is not illuminated on the IPC after a programming event. Technician will need to ensure that the Front View Camera Module has been properly SPS programmed and SPS configured. Technician will also perform the "Front View Camera Module Calibration" procedure using Global Diagnostic System 2.
