When using the remote start, press brake and turn key, truck sounds like shifting into gear and bumps, moves, truck.. while still in park... took to dealership, they contacted GM engineers who are clueless....filed complaint with GM after 12 days with no fix..... and GM suggesting it was the high incline assist, although it happened on flat ground, and dealership duplicated multiple times in service bay. GM says operating normally and closed my case. I filled with BBB, GM reopened and after doing nothing again GM refuses to fix or assist with trade in assistance under lemon law. closed my case again. Dealership on my side but even with multiple emails from service manager GM still refuses to admit it's a problem. Says normal operations or nothing wrong...…because
it doesn't happen every time and is unpredictable. will go several days or even a week and then happens again.
oh and if I don't put my foot on the brake when I turn the key...wow the truck really rocks when it "shifts" or whatever it's doing. SCARY I use this truck to haul my grandkids daily....!!!! HATING GM
