I THINK ITS A SHAME THAT GMC=CHEVROLET OR WHO EVER HAS NOT FIXED THIS PROBLEM. IF I EVER GET OUT FROM UNDER THIS VEHICLE, I WILL NEVER BUY A GMC AGAIN!!!!

Sierra 1500 Denali 5.3L

My truck has started making knocking noises as I depressed the accelerator about 3 weeks ago. I thought it was strange because 2018 is a fairly new truck. The first mechanic on a military base could not identify the issue. A second mechanic near my house pulled the valve covers off and identified that 2 of the pushrods were bent and that lifters were failing after the pushrods were replaced. Almost $4,700 in repairs (so far)
