poor visibility on dark or rainy nights especially turning
The excessive tint on the side windows presents a significant safety issue.
On dark and/or rainy nights I cannot see out my side windows to turn safely. I pull a boat. At night I cannot see the boat trailer behind me. It has become a standard practice for me to roll down the windows whenever I back-up a trailer, day or night. In order to back-up just the truck safely at a dark location at night I need to roll down my windows. Small LED turning lights in the front fenders that come on with the turn signals may not look good but will solve visibility issues while turning on dark nights. I think the side windows should have auto tinting like that available for eye glasses, to be able to view any trailer being pulled on dark nights. I do like the tint on the side windows in daylight, not at night.
