The contact owns a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. While driving 35 mph, the front driver and passenger seats became loose and began to shift independently. The contact could smell radiator fluid due to the fact that the radiator cracked. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the radiator was cracked and needed to be repaired. The radiator was repaired. The manufacturer was made of aware of the issue and stated that the VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number 14V446000 (seats). The approximate failure mileage was 50,000.
