I own a GMC Denali 1500 6.2 L At around 32 to 33,000 miles That the Front AWD Front Trans Axle blew out, chewed up all the gears . I had a extended warranty, which was at the point of expiring. By the time the Dealership had gotten it in and diagnose it then warranty was at the expiring point. Contacted Gm and made me still pay 40 % of the cost to repair it ( Basically I paid for the parts and GM worked out a deal with dealership for the mechanic's time ) The Stability Traction control Alert was coming on and off ( still is ) They said the repair would more than likely fix it. When I got the vehicle it was OK for a week or so and it started again and then the Dealership said the Senor that monitors is faulty and they need another 3 to 4 hundred to fix it .
Plus in the next 1 and a few month the vehicle had to be return twice to repair the drive seal on the Front Trans Axle that they had replaced ( try cleaning that crap off you paved Driveway ) Let me do everyone consider buying a GM product a favor. Get out this info from GM own site where they receive 1 STAR.
NOW PLEASE GET THIS INFO RIGHT HERE < VERY IMPORTANT GM HAS 1079 COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEIR PRODUCTS, they have 0 Pending , but a WHOPPING 3 RESOLVED. THE LINK IS BELOW, I believe that should be sufficient to help other decide, DO I WANT A GM PRODUCT EVER OR AGAIN . Take a look for yourself, PLEASE Then show your Friends and Family
