The contact owns a 2007 GMC Sierra extended cab. While driving 40 mph he drove over a patch of black ice and crashed into a tree. Upon impact none of the air bags deployed. The passenger side seat belt didn't function properly or hold his son in place as it should have. The passenger hit his forehead on the windshield and broke the femur bone in his leg. Also, the contact sustained trauma to his head. The vehicle was destroyed. The current and failure mileage was 2,800.
