I was driving down the road going 35 miles an hour and noticed a loud grinding noise then my ABS light came on. My steering was much less responsive. I hit a bump in the road and my truck ran into a fence. I had to change the wheel bearings to correct the problem.
Vehicle shakes violently enough to jar your internal equipment even if you go over the smallest bump or expansion joint in the road. Returned to dealer 5 times for same complaint dealer said there is no fix. Even though we informed him that truck was uncontrollable on wet pavement and made you motion sick. Dealers service manager was convinced to ride in the truck and stated " this ride is unacceptable".
: while driving various speeds going down hill and appliying the brakes the vehicel rattled and shook. The vehicle was driven to the dealer, who determined this was a characteristic of the vehicle. Updated 1/31/2007 -
