About a year ago my truck started to have problems starting on the initial turn of the key. I would have and still do have to turn the key on, off , and on again in order to prime the fuel system. I was told by the dealership that it's probably the fuel pump loosing its prime causing the fuel to drain back into the tank. This is just an inconvenience and hasn't caused any mechanical problems that I know of. It is certainly not worth paying a thousand bucks to drop the fuel tank and replace the fuel pump. I will just have to live with it.
