While traveling at 35 mph consumer hit another vehicle on the passenger side rear and none of the vehicles airbags deployed. Consumer states the other driver's airbag deployed.
Consumer was traveling about 35mph on a side street, . street became an intersection, a dead of a street. Didn't turn off in time, and ran through a fence, hitting a tree. Upon impact, frontal airbags didn't go off. Dealership was aware of problem.
We were traveling at approximately 50 mph on U.S. 89, milepost 40.3, at 8:00 P.M., when we struck a cow that was on the highway. It totaled our 3/4 ton truck. The air bag did not deploy, causing driver to hit steering column with chest, causing bruised lung and heart, severe soft tissue damage to right arm, causing driver to miss two weeks of work, without pay.
While traveling about 50-55mph another vehicle cut in front from left side & hit outside bumper. Driver lost control of vehicle & went into a ditch. Driver's air bag did not deploy. Air bag sensor was noted to be dented & crushed. Insurance totaled vehicle.

Owner was involved in direct frontal impact at 40 mph in which there was no deployment of driver's side airbag. Point of impact was in the center grill area of vehicle. Also seat belts failed to restrain occupant.
While driving consumer was involved in an accident, whereas he hit the auto in front of him, consumer's air bag did not deploy and sustained chest injuries.
