When brakes are applied during wet conditions the pedal goes to the floor, the rear brakes lock up, resulting in extended stopping distance. The dealer has replaced the rear brake drums. Dealer considers the problem as normal.
When driving on any road conditions and stepping on the brakes the front brakes do not work at all and the back brakes lock up. In October of 96, dust was removed from brakes drums and disc brakes. Consumer is still experiencing same problem with brakes.
