Oil leaking from timing cover and oil pan. I'm told GM knows of the problem, but is not doing nothing about it. Also had cooling lines leak, ac compressor failure, and others Jimmy 2000 GMC.
Head lights and air conditioner blower come on when motor was not running. Took vehicle to dealer twice, dealer couldn't find cause. Also, driver's, passenger's, and backseat squeaked/air conditioner had mildew in evaporator case, and warpped brake rotors. Consumer trying to return vehicle to GMC.
At first we noticed the passenger side floorboards were very wet. We proceeded to look under the vehicle, since it had been raining recently. Then we saw transmission fluid from the front of the transmission. To the rear drive axle. Immediately the vehicle was taken back to the dealership. Where the transmission pan gasket was replaced. Then the transmission pump and O-ring.a passenger side door gasket was ordered that was determined to be leaking. While waiting for the door gasket to come in, it had not rained in two weeks, but the floor continued to stay wet.since it is very hot here we notified the dealer when it was taken in for the door gasket replacement. The air conditioning drain lines were blown out to correct this problem.
