Bad 3 vehickle auto accident on I-96 in Michigan. A white car stopped or stalled in center lane of highway and was then hit by a green car and we hit the green car "head on" in the rear.. air bags did not deploy with a direct head on hit at 65 to 70 miles per hour. My truck was a 1997 GMC Jimmy.
While driving 35 mph the consumer was involved in a head on collision. The air bags did not deploy upon impact. The driver sustained neck and back injuries. Please provide additional information.
Have had multiple problems with no brake lights, hazard lights or driving lights. Vehicle also has been in two front end collisions and air bags did not deploy in either wreck. Vehicle was looked at by a dealer and could not be fixed.
While driving at 40mph a vehicle came out in front suddenly, consumer hit other vehicle head on. Upon impact, dual airbags did not deploy, cause was unknown.

Consumer was waiting at an intersection to make a left turn, controlled by a traffic light, when another vehicle coming from the left side, ran the red light and hit consumer vehicle slightly to the left at approximately 25-30 mp. Driver's air bag failed to deploy. Driver sustained injuries. Dealer notified.
Comsumer's wife was involved in an head-on collision with an impact of approximately 30-35 mph. Driver's air bag did not deploy. Dealer notified and informed consumer that the air bag should have deployed. Manufacturer informed consumer that they saw nothing wrong, and they are closing the investigation.
ABS brakes failed, vehicle lost control, resulting in a head-on collision. Upon impact, driver's/passenger's air bags failed to deploy, resulting in injuries. In addition, ignition locked up/fuel gauge and alternator failed.
