: the contact stated while driving various speeds, the front bumper bounced up and down, and fractured the plastic molding. Afterwards, a rattling noise came from the bumper. The vehicle was inspected by a dealer who determined that was the way the bumper was designed. The manufacturer was notified. Updated 10/25/2006 -
