My 2008 GMC Envoy is a nice looking vehicle and the up-keep (me) is great and costly. However, it was over priced (a friend at dealership) and it should have been re-evaluated from the GMC makers. In order for you to keep GOOD!!!!! satisfied customers, YOU SHOULD TREAT "US" RIGHT, and not allow dealerships or any other over price these vehicles. Bad enough, we have to take care of our vehicles and keep them well maintain. So, don't use us because we (females) trust salesman at dealerships. Do a better sales check before finalizing a purchase. If the vehicle has a recall or no longer in rotation. Offer a better deal or "try" to contact previous owners and see if "YOU" can make someone happy by keeping them happy with "YOUR" business.
