Bad vent door actuator. BY the searching iI have done, It appears this is a problem that occurs after you disconnect the battery and reconnect.
The AC system runs through a calibration mode that many times damages the actuator. The part itself is not the issue ($45.00), but it is trying to get to it to replace it that will be the problem. I have been told you may have to remove the dash. So DON'T disconnect your battery without hooking up another 12 volt source to it, otherwise there is a good chance you will run into the same issue.
