Bought the 2004 XUV Model around April 2011. Writing this as of 10 June 2013. The AC would work intermittently in different modes since we bought it. Usually turning the AC off completely would fix the problem, or cycling through the modes. It is something we lived with until we took it in for other warranty work last month at a Chevy dealership. The actualy ESP was a Ford Plan, but it is nationwide. They diagnosed and replaced the AC control head, and it has fixed the problem so far.
