Very upset that a recall was issued , brought into dealership , said was eligible for replacement of gas tank, BUT they can not replace right now due to part not available????? Will be without a car for four months at least . I was told by dealer and GMC complaint department. I feel this is very unacceptable due to issuing a recall and not being able to supply the part. Plus, not issuing recall earlier on , I had to deal with gas smell and never being able to fill my tank up. As another person stated they will be shopping elsewhere for a new car not GMC due to lack of concern. I too will be going with another manufacturer even though I have owned a GMC for over forty years. I am saddened to do this but this lack of interest and poor customer service I will no longer tolerate.
