This SUV has a serious problem with fan clutch failure, this is a very common and expensive problem with this vehicle. I have had to replace 2 fan clutches, the first one just failed and would run at a high level (roaring) would not slow down. The second unit failed with P1481 code, which is a wiring problem on the fan clutch ( see my picture) and it need to be replaced as well. GMC sure knows how to screw it customers! I won't be buying another GMC product that's for sure!
