since the speedometer says i'm doing 140 while stopped and the tach is stuck buried beyond the scale, I have to rely on the cars around me to set the speed. Been lucky so far, no tickets. But sometimes I'm on a country road by myself and I have no idea how fast I'm actually going. This should be a safety recall issue.
