The contact owns a 2002 GMC Envoy. While the vehicle was parked, the rear hatch window shattered. The contact stated that the window fractured from the inside out. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The contact was concerned that the manufacturer failed to offer assistance in replacing the rear hatch window. The approximate failure mileage was 108,000.
I recently purchased my Envoy and the wipers worked most of the way home, the passenger side stopped working. Then the driver side would not go down when shut off. Now when I turn them on they hop up and go right back down and do not work.
When using the wipers, they will wipe ok for a couple of swipes and then get stuck and shimmy down the windshield. Sometimes they just stick in place. It doesn't matter what speed we go or if we are stopped.
