Summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that on Bluetooth phone calls a buzz noise during the first 5-20 seconds of their call but the customer can’t hear the noise. Dealer should communicate to the customer that we apologize for this inconvenience and that General Motors is working on a solution for this concern.
