This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have a Service 4WD message displayed in the Instrument Panel Cluster. Technician may find diagnostic trouble code B2725 or B0770 in the Transfer Case Control Module. Technician will need to replace the Transfer Case Select switch with the correct switch.
