This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have an oil drip on the inspection plug on the bottom of the torque converter housing or on the cross-member. Technician will need to clean out the inspection hole and plug with degreaser and reinstall the plug. Clean any other effected surfaces.
