When the Fan is on High, A/C and Heater is OFF, just the fan is on. A buzzing, whining, high pitch noise is hear in the cabin with radio off and all windows up. Dealer ran a scan and test on the HVAC system, they heard the actuators with the key on/engine off and says its normal for an electronic/logic climate controlled system, which is true and has nothing to do with the FAN, Blower, etc.
Dealer said noise was coming from an IMPROPERLY SEATED CABIN AIR FILTER COVER. Tell me how, why, when, where, who! Remember the vehicle is a 2015 and bought in Jan 2015 and with only 3 thousand miles so far that the cabin air filter would need changed or even the cover taken off to be loose and IMPROPERLY SEATED at this time.
Why is there a whining, whistle sound with just the FAN BLOWER ON???
