The airbag fault indicator light came on. After doing research found out it is a known issue on extended cab Colorado's and Canyon's. There was a tsb/recall for earlier years but not the 2011's, Dealer replaced the wiring and seat belt mechanism to left rear door. Cost me $348 dollars for a known issue.
