I bought a brand new GMC Acadia at Thompson GMC in Raleigh NC. From day 1 I have been having a issue with the tire pressure sensors disconnecting from the system. Thompson GMC was giving me attitude for bringing it back so many times so I brought it to Leith GMC in Wendell NC for diagnoses. Both shops referred to GM TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) PIT6188 which they both tried the reprogramming with no such luck. I was advised to wait for GM to come up with a fix and refused a loaner for the time unless I paid (GM customer care confirmed I would have to pay up front for a loaner). It is now 6 months later and I am still driving a vehicle where lights still come up on the dashboard and no fix. I get no where with the dealerships and GM customer care (case # 9-14086984106) advises me I have to keep bringing it to the dealership. No one can give me a update on when this will be fixed and I am constantly getting a run around. Please help.
