Customer Satisfaction Program - Certain 2020 model year GMC Acadia vehicles without a sunroof, equipped with an Infotainment system (RPO IOU), and Universal Garage Door Opener (RPO UG1), may have been built with an export version of the universal garage door opener (UGDO). The export UGDO will not operate with US/CA garage door openers and may transmit less than the allowed electric field strength. Dealers will remove the incorrect UGDO and replace it with the correct part number.
